1.poultry feed pellet machine makes 2-8 mm diameter feed pellets.such as 2-4mm diameter chick feed pellets and pig feed pellets.. 1.5-3mm fish feeds,2-5mm rabbit feeds and so on. Raw materials can be soybean, maize, cereal e.c.t , grass powder proportion can not larger than 50% , before pressing pellets, raw materials should crush into fine powder , humidity keep 15%-20%

 

2.poultry Feed pellet machine has rotating roller and large diameter ring die, which can make materials fully cured and make pellet surface smoother. the formation rate can reach 98% and the friction can be fallen to the bottom. key parts are made by our CNC system , which is high precision and quality, we can ensure pressing efficiency.

 

 

3.Poultry Feed pellet machine has forced material-entrance and overload protection device , which makes machine more safe to work. Also it has changeable speed feeder and conditioner , which can adjust feeding materials speed and connect with hot steam,
